Child Safety Standards

Last updated: August 3, 2026

In Short

KairTick has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE"). It is prohibited everywhere on the Service, without exception, and we act on it whether or not anyone reports it.

KairTick is only for people aged 16 and over (or older where local law requires). It is not designed for, directed to, or marketed to children.

Anyone can report a child safety concern from inside the app in a few taps, or by writing to privacy@kairtick.com. Reports about child safety are always reviewed by a person.

Confirmed child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") is removed, the account is terminated, evidence is preserved, and we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children ("NCMEC") and to the competent authorities as required by law.

These Child Safety Standards (the "Standards") describe how Pipaguo Tech ("we", "us", or "our") prevents, detects, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation on KairTick and any related websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). They apply to every user, in every country where the Service is available.

We publish these Standards in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, Apple's App Store requirements, and applicable child protection law. They supplement — and do not replace — our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Our Commitment

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form on the Service. This commitment is not conditional on a report being filed: we act whenever we become aware of a concern, from any source.

We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us and to our users, including the reporting obligations of U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and equivalent obligations in other jurisdictions where the Service is available. Where local law is stricter than these Standards, local law prevails.

We keep these Standards under regular review, and we update them when the law, the Service, or our safeguards change.

2. Prohibited Conduct and Content

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service. Any of them will result in immediate removal of the content and termination of the account involved:

child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") — any image, video, audio, text, link, or other content that sexually exploits, sexualizes, or depicts the sexual abuse of a minor, including drawn, animated, computer-generated, or AI-generated depictions;

grooming — building a relationship or trust with a minor, or with someone believed to be a minor, in order to sexualize, abuse, or exploit them, whether on the Service or elsewhere;

sextortion — threatening to expose intimate content of a minor in order to obtain more content, money, or any other benefit;

sexualization of minors — sexual or sexualized comments, requests, roleplay, or "compliments" directed at a minor, or presenting a minor in a sexualized way;

trafficking and solicitation — advertising, recruiting, offering, or seeking a minor for sexual purposes or commercial sexual exploitation;

adult–minor sexual interaction — any sexual conversation, request, or exchange of intimate content between an adult and a minor;

facilitation — linking to, promoting, requesting, or offering to trade any of the above, including off-platform, and using the Service to make contact for any of these purposes.

Attempting any of the above, or using our AI-assisted features to generate, request, or refine any of the above, is treated the same as doing it.

3. Age Requirement

The Service is intended solely for users aged 16 and over. In regions where a higher minimum age applies to online services or to forming a binding contract, you must meet that higher age. The Service is not designed for, directed to, or marketed to children, and we do not offer child-directed features or content.

By signing in, every user confirms they are at least 16 years old. If a user provides a date of birth, we do not accept one showing they are under that age. Because self-declared ages can be false, we also act on other signals: if we learn or reasonably believe that an account belongs to someone under 16, we terminate that account and delete its content, subject to any evidence we are legally required to preserve.

If you believe a child is using the Service, please tell us at privacy@kairtick.com — we will look into it and act.

4. How to Report a Child Safety Concern

Every user can report a child safety concern directly inside the app. Open the letter or conversation, choose "Report", select the "Child safety (a minor is involved)" reason, add any detail that helps us, and submit. Reporting takes a few taps and does not require the other person to know.

You can also write to our designated child safety point of contact at privacy@kairtick.com, whether or not you have an account with us. Please include enough detail for us to locate the content — for example the account, the approximate time, and what you saw.

Reports concerning child safety are never closed automatically. Each one is reviewed by a trained member of our team, and we prioritize them ahead of other reports.

You may also report directly to the authorities at any time. In the United States you can contact the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678; elsewhere, please contact your local police or child protection agency. If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first.

5. How We Prevent, Detect, and Respond

Prevention: our Terms of Service prohibit sexual content involving minors and any exploitation of minors; our minimum age requirement, our reporting flow, and these Standards are surfaced in the product; and our AI-assisted features are instructed to refuse content that sexualizes minors.

Detection: user reports are the primary channel, and every report is examined against the content it concerns. We use automated content review (including large language model classification) to triage reported letters and conversations, with any child safety signal escalated to a human reviewer rather than resolved automatically. We also act on referrals from law enforcement, from NCMEC, and from platform partners.

Response: when we confirm a violation, we remove the content, terminate the account and block the person from re-registering, notify the reporter where appropriate and lawful, and preserve the account data and content that the law requires us to preserve for the authorities.

Reporting to authorities: we report apparent CSAM and other apparent child sexual exploitation offences to NCMEC and, where applicable, to the competent authority in the relevant country, as required by law and without waiting for a request. We cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement and child protection agencies, and we do not require a report to be filed by a user before doing so.

Care for our reviewers: our team reviews this material only to the extent necessary to act, with access limited to trained personnel and support available to them.

6. Designated Point of Contact

Our designated point of contact for child safety — including questions about these Standards, reports of CSAE, and requests from law enforcement, child protection agencies, and platform partners — is privacy@kairtick.com.

Postal enquiries can be addressed to Pipaguo Tech using the contact details in our Privacy Policy. We monitor this mailbox and treat child safety correspondence as urgent.

7. Changes to These Standards

We may update these Standards from time to time, for example when the law, the Service, or our safeguards change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review these Standards periodically.
